Greenfield Estate is a pioneering development of 15 high-performance homes designed with sustainability at their core. Working closely with the developer from the initial planning stages, we integrated custom solar solutions for each property.
The development features a variety of house types, each with carefully designed solar PV systems that complement the architecture while maximizing energy generation. All properties include battery storage to optimize self-consumption of solar energy.
One of the main challenges was designing systems that would work effectively across multiple property types while maintaining aesthetic consistency throughout the development.
Our solution was to develop a custom in-roof mounting system that could be adapted to different roof pitches and orientations while keeping the same visual appearance. This approach allowed us to maximize energy yield for each property while creating a cohesive look across the development.
