Privacy Policy

This website is published by SEO Dons Ltd (SEO-DONS LTD, company no. 16766013, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ), which is responsible for personal data sent through it. Last updated 26 September 2026.

What we collect

When you send a quote form we receive the details you enter (for example your name, email address, role, site postcode and plot details, and on the contact page any company name, phone number, plot count, start date and notes) and the page the form was sent from.

How we use it

We use your details to deal with your request. This site is an information publisher, not an installer, so your request may be passed to a solar installer so that they can respond to you. Forms are delivered through Formspree, a form-handling service.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how pages are used and whether forms are submitted. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser; you can block or delete them in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to deal with your request. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to its use. Email hello@solarpanelsfornewbuilds.co.uk to exercise these rights. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
