Who publishes this site
solarpanelsfornewbuilds.co.uk is published by SEO Dons Ltd (SEO-DONS LTD, registered in England and Wales, company no. 16766013, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ). It is an independent information publisher, not an installer. It does not design, supply, install or warrant any solar PV system.
Using the guidance
The content is general guidance on the Future Homes Standard and solar PV for new builds. It is not Building Control, legal, tax or financial advice. We take care over accuracy, but regulations and prices change: confirm your design with your SAP assessor, your building control body and your installer before relying on it.
Prices and calculators
Prices and calculator results on this site are indicative only. An installer's quotation follows a survey and design, and may differ.
Quote requests
If you send a quote form, your request may be passed to a solar installer so that they can respond. Any contract you then make is between you and that installer. Check any installer against the MCS register before you appoint them.
