Can you supply solar PV across an entire development?
Yes. We work on developments from 50 plots up to 5,000+. Our team factory pre-fits the in-roof solar array onto roof trusses or panelised cassettes off-site, then completes on-site connection, commissioning and MCS certification during the standard build programme. Fixed per-plot pricing is locked in at procurement.
Do you provide the SAP/HEM compliance modelling?
Yes. Our in-house team of Elmhurst and Stroma-accredited assessors run HEM (and SAP 10.3 during the transitional period) for every plot. We deliver the full Building Control compliance pack including TER/DER calculations, PV output modelling, ventilation strategy and overheating (TM59) report.
Will warranty providers (NHBC, LABC, Premier) accept your installations?
Yes. We are MCS Certified Installers and an NHBC Approved Solar Partner. Our 20-year workmanship warranty is insurance-backed via QANW which satisfies the underwriting requirements of all major 10-year structural warranty providers including NHBC, LABC Warranty, Premier Guarantee and Buildmark.
How do you handle the SAP/HEM transition?
For projects completing before 24 March 2028 we offer dual SAP 10.3 + HEM modelling so you have full flexibility on which compliance route to use. After 24 March 2028 only HEM-route compliance is valid; our team is fully HEM-trained and we are early adopters of the BRE and Elmhurst HEM toolsets.
What is the price impact of FHS on per-plot costs?
The Government Impact Assessment estimates £4,350 per dwelling FHS premium (PV + ASHP + insulation + MVHR + windows/doors). Our bulk procurement model typically delivers the PV component at 20–30% below the retail benchmark — bringing the all-in FHS cost to ~£3,200 per typical 3-bed plot.
Do you handle social housing differently?
